Ingredients
- 1 half Head of Cauliflower, broken into florets
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil (I used truffle olive oil)
- 1/4 cup Preferred Milk
- 1/4 cup Nutritional Yeast
- 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
Instructions
- Boil cauliflower florets until fork tender and strain
- Add the cauliflower florets, olive oil, milk, nutritional yeast and minced garlic to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper, if desired
- Pour over cooked pasta and pair with your favorite veg and protein!
