Hi! I’m Limor Tabib!

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, workout class junkie, plant based foodie, and self-proclaimed coffee connoisseur (as it’s in my blood as a native New Yorker!).

Tasteful Nutrition was founded in pursuit of solution-based, science-backed, and sustainable-sourced methods in guiding you towards achieving your wellness weight and cultivating body wisdom. I’m a firm believer that we can both eat TASTY and live FULLY when working towards weight loss, hormonal imbalances, blood sugar balance, gut health / digestive issues, medical diagnosis, or whatever your personal health goals are. Together, we will translate the root cause of what your body is speaking to you.

So you started what you thought was an innocent diet when you were in your teens in hopes of losing a few pounds.

What had once worked before, no longer seems to be successful and you now feel lost with your perception of food. What sucks even more? Being stuck in your early adulthood on this on again / off again pendulum of trying to lose weight only to have it come back, with even a few extra unwanted ones.

What you need isn’t another diet plan, it’s working with an expert Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to re-learn your innate body wisdom to have the ability to be a confident eater and achieve the weight that aligns best with personal plan of wellness habits.

About Limor Tabib

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Found & Owner of Tasteful Nutrition, Recipe Developer & Food Blogger

Growing up with a Persian background, I learned to eat a predominantly Mediterranean diet starting from a young age. I was surrounded by wholesome, plant based foods, which is now a popularized diet proven to improve health and longevity. My passion for cooking and curiosity around food’s effects on our bodies stemmed here.

My Credentials

I began to deepen my knowledge by completing my undergraduate degree in Nutritional Sciences, Dietetics at The Pennsylvania State University, University Park (2020).

From there, I then gained 1,200 supervised practice hours along with Master’s Degree course work as part of my Dietetic Internship at Long Island University, Old Brookville (2021), Since then, I’ve helped over hundreds of men and women go from feeling bombarded and burn out by nutrition, towards feeling balanced and at ease with wellness.

My Food Philosophy

My food philosophy is that nutrition is a self-care practice.

Nourishing your body well and eating food in its natural state is the foundation to good physical and mental health. It’s not just about WHAT we eat, but HOW we eat, that then transfers into all aspects of our life like brain function, confidence, energy, mood, relationships, sleep, endurance, emotions, optimism, and more. In respect to how each person and their bodies have different needs, preferences, genetics, and lifestyles, I take a personalized approach. In this process, we listen and learn from you, so that we can provide the best methods to help you feel your best and most empowered self.
