Spicy White Mac n Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 box Pasta (to make gluten free, I used Banza)
- 1 bag Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese (to make dairy free, I used Miyokos Creamery)
- 1/4 cup Almond Milk
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Optional: black pepper, chili flakes, paprika, garlic powder and onion powder
Instructions
- Cook pasta accordingly, saving some of the pasta water.
- In a saucepan, heat the butter and milk on medium heat until it begins to simmer.
- Stir in the cheese
- Mix in additional spices
- Add in the pasta with a splash of pasta water
- Mix until well combined, add more pasta water to get desired consistency
- Enjoy!
