Matzah Apple Strudel

Ingredients
- 1 piece Matzah
- 1 Apple (granny smith or pink lady are preferred as they are more tart)
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Warm Water
- 1 scoop Vanilla 20/20 @f_factor powder
- Optional Chopped Pecans for Topping
- Optional Vanilla Ice Cream for Topping
Instructions
- Chop apple into small, 1 inch cubes
- Saute apple, cinnamon, and vanilla in a pan over medium-low heat until caramelized
- Crush matzah and add to pan
- Add 2 tbsp warm water and vanilla powder to soften, and add more cinnamon if desired
- Saute until matzah is well coated and softened
- Plate and serve with chopped nuts and vanilla ice cream (if desired). Enjoy!
