Matzah Apple Strudel

Ingredients

  • 1 piece Matzah
  • 1 Apple (granny smith or pink lady are preferred as they are more tart)
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp Warm Water
  • 1 scoop Vanilla 20/20 @f_factor powder
  • Optional Chopped Pecans for Topping
  • Optional Vanilla Ice Cream for Topping

Instructions

  • Chop apple into small, 1 inch cubes
  • Saute apple, cinnamon, and vanilla in a pan over medium-low heat until caramelized
  • Crush matzah and add to pan
  • Add 2 tbsp warm water and vanilla powder to soften, and add more cinnamon if desired
  • Saute until matzah is well coated and softened
  • Plate and serve with chopped nuts and vanilla ice cream (if desired). Enjoy!
