Chop apple into small, 1 inch cubes
Saute apple, cinnamon, and vanilla in a pan over medium-low heat until caramelized
Crush matzah and add to pan
Add 2 tbsp warm water and vanilla powder to soften, and add more cinnamon if desired
Saute until matzah is well coated and softened
Plate and serve with chopped nuts and vanilla ice cream (if desired). Enjoy!
