Ingredients

  • 2 cups Oat Flour
  • 2-3 Ripe Bananas
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder

Chocolate Ganache

  • 1/3 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Almond Milk

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  • In a large bowl, mash the bananas
  • Add in the eggs and whisk together
  • Add oil and maple syrup, mix to combine
  • Add in the dry ingredients and combine, but do not overmix
  • Once batter is formed, place in a greased donut or muffin tin
  • Bake for 15 minutes
  • While donuts are baking, make the ganache by melting together the oil and chocolate, being careful not to burn the chocolate. Then add in the almond milk
  • Let the donuts cool before dipping them in the ganache
  • Add the sprinkles and enjoy!
