Chocolate Fudge Donuts

Ingredients
- 2 cups Oat Flour
- 2-3 Ripe Bananas
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Oil
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
Chocolate Ganache
- 1/3 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Almond Milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas
- Add in the eggs and whisk together
- Add oil and maple syrup, mix to combine
- Add in the dry ingredients and combine, but do not overmix
- Once batter is formed, place in a greased donut or muffin tin
- Bake for 15 minutes
- While donuts are baking, make the ganache by melting together the oil and chocolate, being careful not to burn the chocolate. Then add in the almond milk
- Let the donuts cool before dipping them in the ganache
- Add the sprinkles and enjoy!
