Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl, mash the bananas
Add in the eggs and whisk together
Add oil and maple syrup, mix to combine
Add in the dry ingredients and combine, but do not overmix
Once batter is formed, place in a greased donut or muffin tin
Bake for 15 minutes
While donuts are baking, make the ganache by melting together the oil and chocolate, being careful not to burn the chocolate. Then add in the almond milk
Let the donuts cool before dipping them in the ganache
Add the sprinkles and enjoy!
