Ingredients
- 1 head Broccoli
- 1/4 cup Cream Chese
- 1/2 bag Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 tbsp Coconut Flour
- 3 tbsp Psyllium Husk
- Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, Nutritional Yeast to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees fahrenheit
- Wash, cut and steam broccoli in a covered pan with water for 10-15 minutes.
- Once tender, add to a blender and pulse until rice sized.
- Transfer to a bowl and add the remaining ingredients
- Once combined, use hands to form into flattened ovals
- Place on a sprayed baking pan
- Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve with marinara or any sauce you like, enjoy!
