Ingredients

  • 1 cup Flour (whole wheat, oat)
  • 1/4 cup Sugar (coconut sugar, monk fruit)
  • 1/3 cup Almond Milk
  • 3 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit
  • Combine all ingredients except for the blueberries in a bowl. Mix until the ingredients are just combined
  • Gently fold in the blueberries
  • Roll into bite sized balls and place into a muffin tin with liners
  • Bake for 15 minutes
  • Dip the tops into cinnamon sugar and enjoy!
