Ingredients

  • 1 + 1/2 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Flour
  • 1 cup Apple Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil, melted
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon, Allspice, Ginger
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit
  • Mix wet and dry ingredients together in separate bowls
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix to combine
  • Pour batter into greased donut or muffin tins and bake for 15 minutes
  • Once baked, coat in cinnamon sugar (I used monk fruit sugar)
  • Top with whipped cream or ice cream and enjoy!
