Ingredients
- 1 + 1/2 cup Almond Flour
- 1/4 cup Coconut Flour
- 1 cup Apple Sauce
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil, melted
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon, Allspice, Ginger
- Pinch of Salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit
- Mix wet and dry ingredients together in separate bowls
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix to combine
- Pour batter into greased donut or muffin tins and bake for 15 minutes
- Once baked, coat in cinnamon sugar (I used monk fruit sugar)
- Top with whipped cream or ice cream and enjoy!
