Funfetti Cookie Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 + 1/2 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil, melted
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 cup Rainbow Sprinkles

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit
  • Add all ingredients but the sprinkles to a bowl and mix to combine
  • Fold in sprinkles
  • Grease a loaf pan and press the dough into an even layer
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until slightly golden brown
  • Let cool completely before cutting into bars. Enjoy!
