Combine dry ingredients in a medium sized bowl, set aside
Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl
Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix to form the dough
Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Using a ½ tablespoon, scoop out the dough and roll into balls. Place on a greased baking sheet.
Flatten the balls into oreo sized cookies.
Bake cookies at 325 degrees F for 15-20 minutes
Allow cookies to cool completely before adding the filling.
Store in the refrigerator.
