Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
In a medium bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
Mash the 2 bananas with a form until a smooth consistency, some lumps are okay.
In a small bowl, combine bananas, eggs, milk, coconut oil, and honey.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
In a separate bowl, combine the crumble ingredients until the consistency is slightly clumpy.
Pour batter into muffin tins and top with desired amount of crumble.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
