Cook pasta as instructed
Drain pasta but reserve ΒΌ cup of the pasta water and set aside.
Cook the spring veggies (zucchini, cherry tomatoes, or anything you have on hand) in EVOO with the herbs and spices, until slightly softened.
Add butter and the juice of two lemons to the pasta and mix to evenly coat.
Add the veggies to the pasta and top with fresh basil if desired. Enjoy!
