Broccoli Cheddar Tots

Ingredients

  • 1 head Broccoli
  • 1/4 cup Cream Chese
  • 1/2 bag Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Flour
  • 3 tbsp Psyllium Husk
  • Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, Nutritional Yeast to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees fahrenheit
  • Wash, cut and steam broccoli in a covered pan with water for 10-15 minutes.
  • Once tender, add to a blender and pulse until rice sized.
  • Transfer to a bowl and add the remaining ingredients
  • Once combined, use hands to form into flattened ovals
  • Place on a sprayed baking pan
  • Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Serve with marinara or any sauce you like, enjoy!
