Make boxed brownie mix according to package instructions
In a bowl, mix together PB and almond milk, then add in maple syrup until it’s a caramel like consistency. (If needed, add more almond milk.)
To toast coconut flakes, add to a pan with 1/2 tbsp of coconut oil on low/med heat until golden OR use already toasted coconut flakes
Once brownies are cooked, add the Samoa topping and spread over evenly.
Drizzle with melted chocolate and store in fridge for ~30 minutes before cut & serving!
