Samoas Brownies

Ingredients

  • Any boxed brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/3 cup Almond Milk
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/3 cup Toasted Coconut Flakes

Instructions

  • Make boxed brownie mix according to package instructions
  • In a bowl, mix together PB and almond milk, then add in maple syrup until it’s a caramel like consistency. (If needed, add more almond milk.)
  • To toast coconut flakes, add to a pan with 1/2 tbsp of coconut oil on low/med heat until golden OR use already toasted coconut flakes
  • Once brownies are cooked, add the Samoa topping and spread over evenly.
  • Drizzle with melted chocolate and store in fridge for ~30 minutes before cut & serving!
